Exosomes + Microneedling — Hair Regrowth
Exosomes delivered where the follicle can actually receive them.
The treatment
Exosomes are vesicles carrying cellular signals. Applied alone to the scalp they penetrate poorly; microneedling solves that by opening micro-channels down to follicle level.
The session therefore combines both: scalp microneedling, then exosome application while the channels are open. Microneedling alone already stimulates follicular vascularization; the exosomes add the regeneration signal.
It is the indicated treatment for diffuse shedding, thinning shafts or receding density — not for established baldness where the follicles are gone.
Who it is for
- Diffuse shedding (postpartum, stress, deficiency)
- Thinning hair shafts
- Receding density at the crown
- As a complement to medical treatment
What happens
Scalp analysis
Density, follicles, signs of thinning.
Disinfection
Sterile protocol, single-use cartridge.
Scalp microneedling
Depth adapted to the area.
Exosome application
While the micro-channels are open.
Aftercare
No hair washing for 24 hours.
Good to know
- Recommended protocol: three to four sessions four weeks apart.
- Hair grows about a centimetre a month: results are judged at three and six months.
- Start with a scalp analysis to identify the cause of the shedding.
- Available in Montreal and Mont-Saint-Hilaire.
Frequently asked questions
Exosomes or hair PRP?
PRP uses your own platelets, drawn by blood sample; exosomes are a standardized product with no draw. Both stimulate the follicle. The consultation decides, based on your situation and your comfort with a blood draw.
Is it painful?
The scalp is sensitive but the session is short and manageable. Topical anaesthetic can be applied.
How long before results?
Shedding often slows within six to eight weeks. Visible density takes three to six months.
