Microneedling + hyaluronic acid
Microneedling in its simplest form: regeneration, and water held in the skin.
The treatment
Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the dermis. The skin repairs them by producing new collagen — that repair process, not the needle, does the work.
While the channels are open, a low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is applied. This molecule holds water in the upper layers; applied topically to intact skin, it largely stays on the surface.
This is the entry version of microneedling at the clinic: the same mechanical procedure, without a biostimulator. Microneedling with PDRN adds polynucleotides and aims further at tissue regeneration.

Frequently asked questions
Hyaluronic acid or PDRN?
Both sessions follow the same steps; what changes is the product applied. Hyaluronic acid holds water in the upper layers. PDRN, at $350, is a biostimulator: it is offered when the goal concerns acne scarring or deeper skin quality. A consultation decides.
Is it painful?
Numbing cream keeps the session comfortable. You feel vibration and warmth, mostly on the forehead and around the nose.
