The treatment
Massage therapy is offered by our independent massage therapist, who practises six approaches: relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports kinesitherapy, cupping and lymphatic drainage.
The approach is chosen on arrival, based on how you feel that day: neck tension is not treated like heavy legs or post-training recovery.
Two durations are offered: sixty minutes for targeted work, ninety minutes for a complete treatment.
