The treatment
Clear & Balance is the congestion treatment: blackheads, enlarged pores, closed comedones, oily skin and active breakouts. It combines deep cleansing with rebalancing, because decongesting without rebalancing does not last.
The protocol combines a purifying double cleanse, enzymatic and mechanical exfoliation, intensive ultrasonic-assisted extractions, and a salicylic acid treatment to clarify and rebalance the skin.
Where breakouts are active, high frequency or LED light therapy may be incorporated based on your skin's needs. The session ends with a shoulder, arm and hand massage.

Frequently asked questions
Do the extractions hurt?
Ultrasonic assistance markedly reduces discomfort: the plug is softened and lifted rather than squeezed. Sensitive areas stay sensitive, but it is manageable.
Will I break out afterwards?
A mild purge is possible in the following days, especially with the first session of a course. It corresponds to lesions that were already forming.
